The project board
Ready-made projects for a class, a barangay, or a group of friends. Launch one, or share it. Involve a counselor or trusted adult, and start small.
Who can support you, wherever you are
These are the national services first, then the kinds of offices that exist in every area. Pick your region to see the regional office to ask.
We list services, we don't run them. Numbers change, so confirm them before relying on them, especially the ones marked "confirm". If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
How sharing works
- You choose from suggestions. There's nothing to type, so nothing can identify you or hurt someone else.
- It's anonymous: we keep only which suggestion was picked, and the hour.
- There are no replies and no downvotes, so there are no fights.
- What others chose only shows once enough people have picked, so no one stands out.
If you need someone to talk to now
You don't have to carry it alone. The NCMH Crisis Hotline is free: call 1553, or 0917-899-8727 / 0966-351-4518. In immediate danger, call 911.
First, how are you today?
Checking in takes ten seconds and is anonymous.
